Summer Latin Night

Summer Latin Night

Once again we have requested a Washington Street closure to bring the Edutainment to our pantry service office at 216 N. Washington St. Party starts at 5 and ends at 8. This year's program is funded in part by Artspace 304's Southern Art Fund, and partially supported by grants from the Illinois Arts Council through federal funds provided by the National Endowment for the Arts, as well as Good Chaos and generous private donors. This event was in part supported by the generous commitment of local community partners from organizations such as Carbobdale United, CHESI, WDBX and CEJ, Rainbow Cafe, RCHW, TLRC, Healing through Trauma, and many more whom have contributed ideas, time, resources or otherwise have been in support of our community learning and growing together. Gracias, this work would not be possible without all of you.

This year's theme will be exploring the intersection of French and Mexican history and relations. As a result we will be hosting L'ESPRIT CRÉOLE for our entertainemnt. Artist/vendors/food trucks are welcome to contact soilcabe@gmail.com or text 314-730-4005 to communicate the interest and provided needed documentation. Thank you all! Hope to see you there!
