City manager and previous chief of police Stan Reno is pushing to criminalize homelessness by declaring camping a public nuisance. They've called a special meeting at an inconvenient time and with little notice in order to pass this ordinance without resistance. Show up for our neighbors. No good can come of displacing the vulnerable.
